Things to do in Fargo

Agriculture and the companies that serve it, from equipment makers to lenders, remain central to the economy, and Bobcat is headquartered in neighboring West Fargo. Technology is a major employer too: Microsoft has a large campus here, which grew out of its purchase of Fargo-born Great Plains Software, and Sanford Health, Essentia Health and North Dakota State University add thousands of jobs in medicine and research.
