Who operates my flight? (FAA Part 135)
Flights on Bluebird's Learjet 60s are operated under Jetvia's own FAA Part 135 certificate. Brokered flights are operated under the Part 135 certificate of the operator named on your quote, which holds operational control.
Jetvia (ATI Jet Inc.) is a FAR Part 135 air carrier, flying charter since 1985. We fly our own aircraft and also act as a charter broker.
Our Learjet 60s
Flights on our Learjet 60s are operated under Jetvia's own Part 135 certificate, and Jetvia holds operational control.
Brokered flights
When a trip needs a different aircraft, we source it from a vetted Part 135 operator. That flight is operated under the operator's own Part 135 certificate, and that operator holds operational control. Your quote and booking name the operating carrier.
What Part 135 means
FAA Part 135 is the set of rules for commercial on-demand charter. Operators are certificated and audited by the FAA and held to commercial standards for pilot training and experience, aircraft maintenance and operations, well beyond the rules for private flying.
Each booking is governed by the Charter Agreement & Cancellation Policy you accept at checkout, and use of the site by our Terms of Service.
